HALLOWEEN CELEBRATIONS! š
Having fun - Ā a wonderful way to end a term!
After a morning of lessons (and some Halloween cookie making - in German!), our Halloween celebrations started with a climb up the magnificent Lion of Waterloo. Even the weather was on our side! After a very grey and rainy morning, the sun came out just as we began our walk to the Lion.
Now, if that isn't perfect timing, what is? āļø
Back at school, it was time to get ready for our traditional Halloween party! The preparations included cookie-decorating, pumpkin carving, pumpkin soup-making, making delicious garlic bread , and decorating the tables in our festive Halloween dining room!
Once everything was ready, it was time to get dressed up! š

As for our students, their costumes ranged from great Impressionist painters toĀ RatatouilleĀ ā anything that reminded us of Paris, the destination of our upcoming school trip! š«š· šØ
The day ended with a sumptuous dinner and our traditional game of hide-and-seek. And the students won AGAIN, while the teachers lost AGAIN! š
