Beautiful Jazz in Château du Lac ! 🎻

Tuesday, July 15th, opened with daily orchestra, chamber music and solo lessons and rehearsals.

Work is intensive as the solo class concerts are already taking place this evening !Everyone then arrived to the wonderful Château du Lac, our other "home" during the course and festival to enjoy one of the world's greatest jazz violin players, Tim Klipuis and his trio members, Nigel Clark on the guitar and Roy Percy on the bass.

And what a delight that was !!

Improvisations on jazz themes but also on classical masterpieces by Bach, Vivaldi and Moussorgski were all part of this delightful programme that included, as well, the participation of some of the course students, who went up on stage to improvise together with the artists !

The joy of making music together was felt by everyone present !!!
